Terms of sale
The short version: pay on delivery, free returns on unworn frames, and we’re here if something goes wrong.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email. If a frame becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and cancel that item at no cost.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is collected on delivery.
Delivery
We deliver to Lebanon and the GCC. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days; delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control, but we will keep you informed.
Shipping detailsReturns
Unworn frames in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Faulty frames are replaced free of charge.
