We deliver across Lebanon and the GCC. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days.
Where and how fast
Orders are dispatched within one business day and delivered in 2–5 business days, depending on the city. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it leaves us.
- Free delivery on orders over $150.
- A flat delivery fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
- Cash on delivery is available at checkout.
Tracking your order
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange another time.
Something not right?
If your order is late or arrives damaged, write to hello@shamso.co with your order number and we will sort it out.
