What can be returned

Frames can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, undamaged and in their original case and packaging.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders.
• Exchanges for another frame or colour are free.
• Frames damaged through wear are not eligible for return.

How to return

Email hello@shamso.co with your order number and the frame you are returning. We will reply with pickup details for your city. Refunds are processed within five business days of the return reaching us.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If a frame arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
